Common Questions

How do I scan a receipt?

Tap the camera icon on the Receipts tab. Point your camera at the receipt and tap the capture button. Our OCR will automatically extract the merchant, date, total, and line items.

How do I add a gift card?

Go to the Gift Cards tab and tap the + button. Enter the merchant name, balance, and expiry date. You can also scan the barcode and take a photo of the card.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Gift card numbers and PINs are encrypted using AES-256-GCM on our servers. All data is stored in Sydney, Australia. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I manage my subscription?

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to the Settings tab, and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. This permanently removes all your data. Learn more.

The app works offline?

Yes. You can capture receipts and add gift cards without an internet connection. Your data will sync automatically when you're back online.
